Making an Appointment
At Ensurv, we aim to make it
convenient to engage the services of a Domestic Energy
Assessor. There are several ways that you can make an
appointment conveniently. By filling in the information in
the Online Form will provide
Ensurv with all the necessary information required to
prepare and carry out the EPC survey with ease.
Of course you can always
contact Ensurv by going to the
Contact Us Page on this website where an appointment
can be made by phone. However, way you prefer to engage in
Ensurv’s services is entirely up to you and you will always
receive confirmation of your appointment.
Ensurv aims to have your EPC
issued to you within 24-48 hours after the survey has been
completed. We do prefer that someone over the age of 18
years is present at the property when the survey is being
carried out.
At Ensurv priority is given to
you so we don’t expect you to take time off work to be
present on the date of the survey. Ensurv will happily
adjust to your work and personal commitments and carry out
the survey in evenings or even weekends if you prefer.
All personal information
provided to Ensurv will be stored, maintained and disposed
of in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2004.
